1. Product exchange/return is possible only in the following cases:
a) The product was damaged during transportation and this was discovered in the presence of the courier.
b) The product was found to have a factory defect.
c) Another product was received by mistake.
d) In the event of any of the above cases, the buyer is obliged to notify the company of the current situation within 5 days of receiving the item. The following circumstances must be taken into account:
– If the customer is in the region, he is obliged to send the purchased item within 5 days of notification. The cost of shipping is covered by Repharma LLC.
– If the customer is in Tbilisi or Rustavi, the company will send a courier to return the item on the next business day after receiving the information.
2. The item to be returned must meet the following criteria:
a) It must not be washed.
b) Should not be used.
c) The packaging must not be damaged.
3. Inspection of the returned item:
a) Inspection of the returned item is carried out at the warehouse of Repharma LLC by the relevant personnel.
b) If the item meets the return criteria, the company will send you a new, undamaged item or refund your money at your request.
c) If the item does not meet the return criteria and/or it turns out that you intentionally misled the company representative and provided false information, or the damage was caused by your negligence, the company has the right not to keep the item and refuse to refund the money. In this case, you must go to the warehouse and pick up the item you have returned. You are also obliged to cover the cost of returning the item to the warehouse (transportation).
4. If you do not report a defect within 5 business days, the item is considered to be defective and you lose the right to replace it or claim any damages.
5. We are not responsible for any defects in the item that arise after the item has been delivered to you and are not caused by a factory defect or damage to the item by us.
6. If the item cannot be replaced, repaired, or otherwise repaired, and the damage is caused by our breach of our obligation to deliver a materially and legally flawless item, you have the right to choose another item of the same value or request a refund.
7. You have the right to cancel your order at any time before delivery. In the event of your cancellation request, you are required to cover the transportation costs pro rata from the time the order is picked up to the point of delivery.
